Message is a single solenoid that can be used for boost applications up to 18 PSI. The R-spec is a dual solenoid for boost applications up to 36 psi. I also saw a chart pointing to the use of the r-spec for vehicles making over 300 hp.

I don't think the number of solenoids matters with regard to the number of turbos.

I'm leaning toward the Blitz i-color now, since I'll get additional features and the boost produced tends to be more stable with this controller than with the AVC-R (from what I've read and people on here are saying). Plus, the AVC-R has no ETA from the manufacturer and nobody seems to have any in stock (I checked 3 different places now). The Blitz is just a lot more expensive than the AVC-R.
